Solo 1 Fitness, 2 Wheatsheaf Lane, Beverley, HU17 8BA 
 
Our private 1-to-1 studio is located in the centre of Beverley, just a short walk from Saturday Market. Wheatsheaf Lane is easy to access, either via Ladygate, or the top of Lairgate, running on to North Bar Within. 
Parking Options 
 
We offer two convenient parking choices nearby: 
 
Paid Parking — at Saturday Market, approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the studio. Ideal for early morning, daytime or evening sessions. 
Free Parking — at Tesco. 3 hours of free parking for all visitors. Approximately 5 minutes’ walk to Solo One Fitness. Perfect for longer sessions or consultations. 
 
Both parking options are safe, reliable and available throughout the day. 
 
Studio Access 
 
Ground-level entrance. Accessable Parking located near by. Easy to locate down a quiet side street away from main foot traffic. Suitable for clients with mobility needs.

I joined Solo One Fitness after not doing any exercise for a few years. Elliot explored what I wanted to achieve and has worked with me weekly to build my strength and confidence up enough to enable me to now work out in a gym in between our sessions, which is something I couldn’t have done prior to starting. 
 
Elliot is patient and encouraging and makes the sessions fun for someone who has never properly exercised and definitely never enjoyed it.
